What you can do

You can apply access restrictions based on IP addresses.

Term: IP Address Restriction Options

This feature allows you to reject logins from IP addresses other than those registered.

It helps mitigate the risks of unauthorized access and information leaks.

Note

The IP Address Restriction feature is available only to customers with an optional contract.

Procedure


1. When you want to fix the IP address accessing CADDi Drawer.

  • To fix the global IP address for accessing CADDi Drawer, if you need to register the URL for CADDi Drawer, please specify the URL as follows:

  • Once the setup is complete, please contact your assigned Customer Success representative with the IP address.

Q. After applying IP address restrictions, I can no longer access the service.

A. There are two possible reasons. Please check the following:

1. Insufficient IP Address Information
There may be missing IP addresses among those you provided. Depending on the network configuration, the source IP address may include multiple addresses. Please verify that all source IP addresses are included.

2. Private IP Address
The IP address you provided might be a private IP address (*). CADDi Drawer is a service used over the internet, so restrictions need to be applied to global IP addresses. Please check the type of IP addresses you have shared.

*Private IP Address: An IP address assigned within a specific network, such as within a company’s internal network.
