[Sales Order] Error message regarding the correction of the CSV file

This guide provides the main errors that occur when registering sales orders using the sales order import function, along with their solutions.

How to confirm

You can check the error messages in the file that can be downloaded from the job screen.

List of errors

Error: Please enter a numerical value in {column name}.

This error appears when you attempt to register a non-numeric value in a field that only accepts numbers. Please correct the data to numeric values and try the registration process again.

Error: Please enter the currency code in {column name}.

This error appears when you attempt to register a value that is not a currency code in a field that only accepts currency code values. Please correct the data to currency code values and try the registration process again.

AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, IDR, INR, JPY, KRW, KWD, MXN, NOK, NZD, PHP, PKR, PLN, QAR, RUB, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, VND, ZAR

Error: Please enter an integer in {column name}.

This error appears when you attempt to register a non-integer value in a field that only accepts integers. Please correct the data to integer values and try the registration process again.

Error: Please enter the date in {column name}.

This error appears when you attempt to register a value that is not a date in a field that only accepts dates. Please correct the data to date values and try the registration process again.

[Supported date formats]

  • YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2024-06-01)

  • YYYY/MM/DD (e.g., 2024/06/01)

  • YYYYMMDD (e.g., 20240601)

Error: {Column name} has not been entered.

This error appears when required fields are missing values. Please input values for all required fields and try the registration process again.

Error: The number of columns in the header and the number of columns in the record must be the same.

This error appears when the number of columns in the header does not match the number of columns in the records. Please check the registration data, add any missing data, and try the registration process again.

Error: An unexpected error occurred while parsing {column name}.

Please try the registration process again. If the issue persists, please contact chat support.

Error: No matching supplier was found. Please contact your CADDi Customer Success representative.
