You can log in to CADDi Drawer using Multi-Factor Authentication.

The available Multi-Factor Authentication settings are as follows:

Term: Multi-Factor Authentication Options

This feature allows you to set an additional authentication factor beyond password authentication by combining different types of authentication factors, by which you can enhance security.

This page explains how to use Microsoft Authenticator.

1. Install Microsoft Authenticator

  • Search for "Microsoft Authenticator" in the app store on your smartphone or tablet and download the app to your device.

2. Set up Microsoft Authenticator for the first time

  • Launch Microsoft Authenticator, read the instructions, and tap the button.

  • Select one of the following options:

    • If you don't have a Microsoft account: [Skip]

    • If you have a Microsoft account: [Sign in with Microsoft Account]

  • Tap [Verified ID] or [Add Account] in Microsoft Authenticator.

  • Tap [Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)] in Microsoft Authenticator.

  • When the camera launches, allow access to the camera.

Note: The image below shows the case for iPhone. The display may differ for other devices.

  • Log in to CADDi Drawer using your registered email address and password.

  • A one-time code will be displayed in Microsoft Authenticator.

3. Log in to CADDi Drawer

  • Log in to CADDi Drawer using your registered email address and password.

  • Open Microsoft Authenticator on your device and enter the 6-digit one-time code displayed into CADDi Drawer.

If you cannot scan the QR code, please try the steps below.


  • Click on [Having trouble scanning?] in CADDi Drawer.

  • Click on [Copy Code] in CADDi Drawer.

  • Tap [Or enter code manually] in Microsoft Authenticator.

  • Enter the copied code into the [Secret Key] field in Microsoft Authenticator (1).

  • Input any characters into the [Account Name] field in Microsoft Authenticator (2).

  • Tap [Done] (3).

  • A one-time code will be displayed in Microsoft Authenticator.

Frequently Asked Questions


Q. How do I reconfigure Microsoft Authenticator if I change the device on which it is installed?

A. Please follow the steps below to transfer your information to the new device:

  1. Open Microsoft Authenticator on the old device and select "Export Accounts" from the menu.

  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the old device with the new device and import the output information.

Note: If you do not have the old device, you cannot transfer your accounts.


Q. What should I do if I lose the device where Microsoft Authenticator is installed in order to log in or reconfigure?

A. We will reset the authentication settings for you.

Q. I don't have the device with Microsoft Authenticator, or it is unusable due to a dead battery or malfunction. Can I temporarily disable the authentication?

A. No, it cannot be disabled.

For security reasons, we do not allow the temporary disabling of authentication.


Q. Can I exclude specific accounts from Multi-Factor Authentication?

A. Yes, it is possible.

The settings to exclude accounts from Multi-Factor Authentication are managed by us. Please contact your assigned Customer Success representative with the email addresses of the accounts you wish to exclude.


Q. I want to reset my Multi-Factor Authentication settings.

A. We handle Multi-Factor Authentication resets.
