What you can do
You can log in to CADDi Drawer using Multi-Factor Authentication.
The available Multi-Factor Authentication settings are as follows:

Term: Multi-Factor Authentication Options
This feature allows you to set an additional authentication factor beyond password authentication by combining different types of authentication factors, by which you can enhance security.

1. Install the Microsoft Edge add-on
Access Microsoft Edge Add-ons > Authenticator and install the Authenticator add-on for Microsoft Edge.
When the following popup appears, click [Add extension].
2. Log in to CADDi Drawer (first time)
Log in to CADDi Drawer using your registered email address and password.
A QR code will be displayed in CADDi Drawer.
Click the puzzle piece icon at the top right of the browser (1).
Select "Authenticator: 2FA Client" (2).
Click the scan icon in Authenticator and select the QR code displayed in CADDi Drawer.
If you cannot scan the QR code, please refer to the tips below.
A one-time code will be displayed in Authenticator.
Enter the one-time code into CADDi Drawer.
3. Log in to CADDi Drawer (for subsequent logins)
Log in to CADDi Drawer using your registered email address and password.
Click the puzzle piece icon at the top right of the browser (1).
Select "Authenticator: 2FA Client" (2).
Enter the 6-digit one-time code displayed in Authenticator into CADDi Drawer.
[Tips] If you cannot scan the QR code.
If you cannot scan the QR code, please try the steps below.
Click on [Having trouble scanning?] in CADDi Drawer.
Click on [Copy Code] in CADDi Drawer.
Click the puzzle piece icon at the top right of the browser (1).
Select "Authenticator: 2FA Client" (2).
Click the pencil icon in Authenticator and select the QR code displayed in CADDi Drawer.
Click the [＋] in Authenticator.
Click on [Manual Entry] in Authenticator.
Enter the copied code from CADDi Drawer into the [Secret] field in Authenticator (1).
Input any characters into the [Issuer] field in Authenticator (2).
Click [OK] in Authenticator (3).
A one-time code will be displayed in Authenticator.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Is it acceptable to enter the one-time code in full-width or half-width characters?
A. Please enter it in half-width characters.
Q. Can I exclude only specific accounts from multi-factor authentication?
A. Yes, it is possible.
We will configure the settings to exclude accounts from multi-factor authentication.
Please contact your customer success representative with the email address of the relevant account.
Q. I want to reset my multi-factor authentication settings.
A. We will reset the multi-factor authentication for you.
